The ACP front elevation cladding shall be executed using high-quality Aluminum Composite Panels of 3mm to 4mm thickness, comprising two aluminum sheets bonded to a non-toxic polyethylene core. Panels must be weather-resistant, UV-stabilized, corrosion-proof, and fire-retardant as per ASTM/EN standards. Surface finish to be PVDF-coated or Polyester Powder Coated, in specified color and pattern. The cladding shall be fixed over a GI/Aluminum sub-frame structure using stainless steel fasteners, with EPDM gaskets and silicon sealants ensuring waterproof joints. Proper expansion gaps must be maintained. All joints should be aligned and sealed to avoid water ingress. The sub-frame should be anchored to the RCC/plastered surface with anchor fasteners, ensuring vertical and horizontal level. Workmanship must be neat, ensuring uniformity, plumb lines, and proper edge finishing. All safety norms and manufacturer's installation guidelines must be strictly followed. Final cleaning and protective film removal to be done post-installation.
