Aluminium channel letters shall be fabricated using high-grade 1.2mm to 1.5mm thick aluminium sheets, laser-cut for precision and corrosion resistance. The letter faces will be made of acrylic (3mm-5mm thick) and bonded securely to the aluminium return. Returns (sides) shall be folded to a depth of 75–100mm, forming a 3D structure. Each letter will be finished with high-quality automotive-grade paint or powder coating as per approved RAL color. Internal illumination shall be provided using energy-efficient waterproof LED modules with proper heat dissipation. Wiring will conform to safety standards with SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply) included. Letters will be mounted via back supports on an aluminium raceway or directly fixed to the wall using concealed fasteners. All joints shall be sealed for weather protection. The final installation will be aligned, securely fixed, and tested for uniform illumination and structural integrity.
