The Success Point

The UV Block Outboard shall be designed to provide high-performance protection from ultraviolet (UV) radiation for marine applications. The unit must be compatible with standard outboard motor covers and withstand prolonged exposure to harsh marine environments, including saltwater, sun, and wind. It shall be fabricated from UV-resistant, marine-grade materials such as reinforced polyester or UV-stabilized vinyl. The cover must fit securely over outboard motors ranging from 2HP to 300HP, with adjustable straps or drawstrings to ensure a snug fit and prevent displacement during transit or operation.

All seams shall be double-stitched for durability, and ventilation flaps or mesh panels shall be included to prevent moisture buildup and mildew formation. The product must meet ASTM G154 or equivalent UV resistance standards and maintain structural integrity and colorfastness for a minimum of 2 years under continuous UV exposure. Installation and removal must be achievable without tools in under five minutes.
