The 3D stainless steel letters shall be fabricated using high-quality, corrosion-resistant grade 304 stainless steel with a brushed or mirror finish as specified. Each letter shall be precision cut using laser or CNC technology to ensure smooth edges and accurate dimensions. The depth of the letters shall range from 25mm to 100mm, depending on design requirements. Welding and jointing must be seamless and polished to match the surface finish. Mounting options include stud fixings or concealed frame supports, depending on the application surface (wall, façade, or signage board). All letters must be treated for weather resistance and securely fixed to withstand wind loads and environmental conditions. Illumination, if required, shall be LED-based, energy-efficient, and uniformly distributed. All works shall comply with relevant local safety, signage, and building codes. Final inspection and approval shall be conducted before project handover. Manufacturer's warranty of at least one year shall be provided.
