The aluminium trimcap letters shall be fabricated from high-quality, corrosion-resistant aluminium alloy with a thickness of 2-3mm. Letters will be formed with a trimcap edge to provide a clean, polished finish and enhanced durability. The face of the letters will be flat or slightly curved, smooth, and free of defects, finished with powder coating or anodizing as per color requirements. All edges must be smooth and deburred. Letters shall be mounted securely using appropriate fixings, including studs, adhesives, or brackets, ensuring alignment and level installation on the specified substrate. Workmanship must meet high aesthetic and structural standards. The contractor must protect letters during transport and installation to avoid damage. Final approval by the client or architect is mandatory.
